1. Introduction

ZenPipeline provides automated review request services and related marketing automation setup for businesses.
By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Services Provided

ZenPipeline provides setup and management of automated SMS and email review request systems. Services may include:

Google review link configuration

Automated review request campaigns

Automated follow-up reminders

Missed call text-back automation (if included in your plan)

Customer list upload and review outreach campaigns

Custom SMS and email message templates

Review tracking and reporting dashboard

Ongoing optimisation and support (depending on plan)

ZenPipeline may integrate with third-party platforms or customer lists where applicable.


3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees that:

All customer data provided has been collected lawfully

Customers have provided permission/consent to receive SMS and/or email communication

ZenPipeline is not responsible for the client’s compliance with SMS, email or privacy laws

The client will not provide ZenPipeline with purchased or scraped contact lists

The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with Australian privacy and communication laws


4. Fees & Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

Setup fees are a once-off payment and are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.

If your plan includes a monthly SMS allowance, usage beyond this allowance will be billed at cost.

SMS and MMS charges are applied separately based on usage rates.


5. SMS & MMS Usage Costs

ZenPipeline may provide an included SMS allowance depending on your plan. Additional SMS/MMS usage is billed at cost.

Pricing may vary depending on carrier rates, message type, delivery destination, and third-party provider charges.


6. No Guarantees

While ZenPipeline is designed to increase review request activity and improve review consistency, we do not guarantee:

A specific number of reviews

A specific star rating

Google ranking improvements

Increased revenue or bookings

Any specific conversion or response rate

Results depend on customer response, industry conditions, competition, and external market factors.


7. Compliance With Google Policies

ZenPipeline does not support:

Fake reviews

Incentivised reviews

Review gating practices that violate Google policies

Any attempt to manipulate ratings dishonestly

Clients are responsible for responding appropriately to customer reviews and ensuring their business complies with Google’s policies.


8. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time with 7 days written notice.

If cancellation occurs after billing has been processed, no refunds will be provided for that billing period.

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.


9. Limitation of Liability

ZenPipeline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

ZenPipeline is not responsible for loss of revenue, reputation damage, or review-related outcomes.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the previous 30 days.


10. Data & Privacy

ZenPipeline will handle client data securely and will not sell or distribute client information.

Clients remain the owner of all customer data provided.

A separate Privacy Policy outlines how data is collected, stored, and managed.


11. Changes to Terms

ZenPipeline reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled under Queensland jurisdiction.
